Santa Monica Police say they need the public's help to find a suspect who grabs women and girls' from behind, then runs away. They are also looking for other victims. The SMPD arrested Anthony Barrett, 29, after he "grabbed a female's buttocks then fled" in downtown Santa Monica. He was released.
